Strapped in bundle of 25’s.The Contract, including the SOW, outlines the specific goods and services that will be required by Elections Canada.Period of the Contract:The Contract period will be from the Effective Date of the Contract to December 31, 2024.Evaluation Methodology:Proposals will be evaluated in the following progressive stages:Phase 1 – Mandatory Technical EvaluationPhase 2 – Financial EvaluationPhase 3 – Determination of Highest Ranked BidderBidders who fail to achieve the requirements specified in the RFP for Phases 1 or 2 will be deemed non-responsive and given no further consideration.The proposal declared responsive in Phases 1 and 2 with the lowest evaluated price will be considered for award of a contract.Submission of Proposals:Bidders must refer to section 2 of the RFP for submission of proposal instructions.All enquiries and other communication with Elections Canada officials are to be directed ONLY to the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority will be the bidder’s primary contact. All requests for information must be directed to this contact.
