Scope of Work
The requirement comprises soil remediation, deconstruction of a
hangar and deconstruction of a dwelling located at Bonnechere
Airport in the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards,
Ontario.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
IMPORTANT CHANGES HAVE BEEN BROUGHT, refer to the Special
Instructions to Bidders SI01 paragraphs 3 also Appendice 2 for
requirements related to the Code of Conduct for Procurement.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be an optional site visit on 23 October 2012 at
10:00am. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site
visit. Interested contractors, please contact the Contracting
Officer, Bob Hassell at (416) 590-8270 to confirm attendance
and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend prior
to the site visit. Interested bidders are to meet at the site,
the front gate which is off Renfrew County Road 58. If after
10:00am go directly to the hanger.
Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders
who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.
The duration of work is scheduled to be completed five (5) weeks
from date of award.
Closing date: 30 October 2012, 14:00 HOURS.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and
