The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 132 pairs of male High Brown Boots and 132 pairs of female High Brown Boots, totaling 264 pairs.
Additionally, there is an “as and when requested” quantity of up to 50 pairs of High Brown Boots (flexible stock) which can be ordered within 36 months of contract award.
There is also an “as and when requested” quantity of up to 215 pairs of made-to-measure male High Brown Boots (specials) and up to 100 pairs of made-to-measure female High Brown Boots (specials). Made-to-measure quantities can be ordered within 36 months of contract award.
All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 calendar days following approval of the pre-production samples.
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-91 dated 2013-12-09 and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.
An RCMP viewing sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.
This requirement is subject to AIT.
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods.
The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
