Bow Valley College current request is to license the following Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules:
- D365 SCM (Supply Chain Management): This module is used to enhance visibility, improve planning, streamline procurement, and optimize fulfillment within the supply chain. It helps manage supply chain operations, including procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- D365 F&O (Finance and Operations): This module is used to manage financials and operations within an organization. It includes functionalities for financial management, accounting, budgeting, and operational processes such as procurement, production, and supply chain management.
- D365 Project Operations: This module is used to connect sales, resourcing, project management, and finance teams in a single application. It helps manage project-based operations, including project planning, resource allocation, time and expense tracking, and project accounting.
NOTE: Microsoft D365 Human Resources module is not part of the sole source justification scope. The D365 HR product does not provide the mandatory payroll capabilities that the College requires. A platform for HRIS capabilities will be selected via the competitive bid Justification / Reasoning process
