1. Bow Valley participates in a post-secondary institution consortium for Work Integrated Learning (WIL), where Orbis was the selected common platform. Therefore, this is the only Calgary post-secondary institution consortium product for WIL that can be used at this time, without leaving the consortium.

2. A system change would not be financially advisable as the implementation effort, project deployments, and sustainment investment to date has been significant.

3. Being part of the Alberta post-secondary institution WIL consortium provides a 30% education discount, a key financial value to the College.
