The purpose of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish
Regional Master Standing Offer(s) (RMSOs) to provide all labour,
material and equipment required for the rental of various sized office/lavoratory/shower trailers to authorized users in Federal Go
vernment Departments and Agencies in the
Ontario Region, excluding the National Capital Region.
The period of the RMSO will be from Issuance to May 31, 2020.
Multiple standing offers may be authorized for use. An offer must
comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be
declared responsive.
It is the intention of the Government of Canada to issue up to three
(3) Standing Offers for this requirement.
