The Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires the supply of
the following:
The thirty six (36) month rental of one (1) Modular Office
Building to be located in Prince Rupert, BC, with up to twelve
(12) one (1) month options to extend the Contract. The Building
is to replace the current thirty five (35) year old Building on
site.
A full specification is available through Merx.
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
