Nature of Requirements:
Amendment No. 001 to the solicitation is hereby raised to change
the Bid Solicitation closing date.

The Department of Public Works and Government Services, on
behalf of the Department of National Defence, has a requirement
for the supply and delivery of six (6) shuttle buses in
accordance with the requirement description/specifications
detailed in Annex "B".

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to ten (10)
Shuttle Buses and related items to be exercised within twelve
(12) months from the effective date of the contract

The lowest priced aggregate Package per configuration, deemed
technically responsive, will be recommended for award of a
contract.

Inspection: In accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
Systems - Requirements (QAC Q)

Delivery date required by December 31, 2012.

The shuttle buses are to be delivered to various Canadian Forces
Bases across Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
