The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Fuel Nozzles & Adapters as listed in attached Line Item Details (Annex A of this Request for Proposal) required for the CH148 aircraft while on a Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) frigates.

Bidders proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the brand name and model and/or Part Number and the NCAGE they are offering.
Requested delivery date for the items is as earliest possible. There is no option buys necessary. The contract will be closed upong delivery and payment of the items which will be within the 19/20 current fiscal year.
Delivery locations include HMC Dockyard in Halifax, NS & CFB Equimalt in Victoria, BC.
There is no security requirement associated with this requirement nor is this procurement subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
Delivery must be completed on or before 31 March 2020.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
