Description of Requirement:
The Department of National Defense has a requirement for Vertiv Cybex SC945 Secure KVM - SC945-001, Vertiv Cybex SC820 Secure KVM – SC820-001 and Vertiv 6ft DVI-D, USB, AUDIO Cable – CBL0150, as per the List of Deliverables in the Request for Quotation. This solicitation cancels and replaces the previous solicitation 2BH872119/A.
Delivery Destination Area: Multiple Locations
Delivery Date: 30 federal government working days from contract award.
Security Requirements: N/A
Trade Agreements: National Security Exception
On May 4, 2014, the Government of Canada announced on the Government Electronic Tendering Service that it had invoked the National Security Exception under the trade agreements in respect of procurements related to end user device hardware, software and associated support services for Shared Services Canada. As a result, this requirement is subject to the National Security Exception and none of the Trade Agreements apply to this requirement.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCA): N/A
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
