DOCKING CCGS EDWARD CORNWALLIS

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and for CCGS Edward Cornwallis in
accordance with specification No. 13-E007-004-1 Version 4.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

To obtain copies of specifications, drawings, appendices and
other documents not included with the tender document; bidders
are requested to contact the Contracting Authority.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.

WORK PERIOD:

Commencement 7 August 2013;
Completion 18 September 2013.
