This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Calgary Public Library (the “Library”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for HVAC Equipment and Related Products Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
Calgary Public Library is an international leader in library service innovation and one of North America’s largest public library systems, with 52% of Calgarians as active users. The Calgary Public Library “The Library” is requesting proposals for certification from highly qualified contractors with expertise in providing full service, comprehensive, professional and environmentally responsible services for small to medium size HVAC services. The services provided shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Statement of Work set forth herein.
The Calgary Public Library “The Library” will be certifying HVAC services contractors for an initial term of three (3) years. The Library will have the option to renew for an additional one (1) extension of two (2) year term. The Library reserves the right to certify more than one contractor.
Pricing is to remain firm for first twelve (12) months. Firms to provide pricing for years two (2) and year three (3).
The contract will commence January 11, 2027.
