Requirement
The Department of National Defence, Royal Military College of
Canada (RMC) requires one (1) thermal infrared sensor and high
resolution image-capable surveillance camera to be delivered to
RMC located in Kingston, Ontario. The camera must be contained
in a secure housing that includes a wiper, washer, blower,
heater, and sun shield for long-term operation, and be able to
capture images under all weather conditions, including rain,
snow, smoke, and fog. The exact mandatory requirements are
detailed in Annex "A" of the solicitation document.
Delivery Date
All deliverables must be received on or before January 31, 2013.
Communications From Bidders
Bidders are requested to provide any questions, concerns and
required information, concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP),
by facsimile, mail or e-mail, if they so desire by no later than
2:00 p.m. October 18th, 2012. Please send any questions in
writing to the undersigned.
Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
