Environment Canada (EC) has a requirement for the supply and
delivery of a High Speed Camera that is capable of taking
pictures at up to 3000-5000 frames per second (fps) to study the
evolution of snowflakes typically falling at speeds of less than
about 4 m/s. These information and other ancillary microphysical
and meteorological data will be used to develop methodologies
that allow adjustments to be applied to compensate for wind
induced turbulent effects o the collection efficiency of snow
gauges.
All deliverables must be received on or before December 14,
2012.

A bid must comply wit the requirements of the bid solicitation
