Nature of Requirements:
Amendment to the solicitation is raised to DELETE in its
entirety and replace Annex "B" and to extend the Bid
Solicitation closing date.

The Department of Public Works and Government Services, on
behalf of the Department of National Defence, has a requirement
for the supply and delivery one (1) line maintenance truck in
accordance with the requirement description/specifications
detailed in Annex "B".

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to two (2)
Line Maintenance trucks and related items to be exercised within
twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract

Delivery date required by December 31, 2012.

The truck is to be delivered to Canadian Forces Bases at Borden,
Ontario.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
