QUANTITY

Item 001 - Quantity of one (1) - Truck (2013 model year or
newer), medium duty, 4X2, complete with Hydraulic Tilt Flat
Deck, Towing Package, and Knuckle Boom in accordance with the
specifications in Annex "A" - Specifications - TRUCK, MEDIUM DUTY

DEBRIEFING

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

DELIVERY

The delivery of the truck is highly desirable before March 15,
2014. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to Parks Canada, Whitehorse,
Yukon, Canada.

This procurement is subject to the Champagne and Aishihik First
Nations Final Agreement, Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final
Agreement and the Ta'an Kwach'an Council Final Agreement

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
