Item 001 - Quantity 1 - a multi-stop class 5 diesel truck with
van body items in accordance with DND Purchase Description,
Delivered Duty Paid
(DDP) CFB Halifax, NS.
Item 002 - Optional Quantity (Up to Qty 2) a multi-stop class 5
diesel truck with van body items in accordance with DND Purchase
Description, FCA Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility
or Contractor's Canadian distribution point. Option may be
exercised by DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the date
of contract award.
Delivery
Item 001 is desirable on or before 31 March 2013.
Debriefing
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the
request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
