Nature of Requirements:
Request for proposal to obtain detailed information about the
environmental quality and groundwater flow patterns and to
provide PWGSC with a conceptual model of the site based on the
available information in order to devise strategies for action
at the Sambault dump located in Saint-Isidore in the county of
La Prairie.
The Work is to be performed by March 31, 2013 and could be
extended beyond that date.
Total estimate for the work is between $250 001 and $500 000.
The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
mandatory requirements, rated criteria and a financial analysis.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
