Nature of Requirements:
Request for proposal to provide the information needed to assess
the different rehabilitation and management options for the old
St-Germain foundry in St-Edmond-de-Grantham. Issues must be
addressed so that a specific recommendation can be formulated
The Work is to be performed by January 16, 2013 and could be
extended beyond that date.
Total estimate for the work is between $100 001 and $250 000.
The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
mandatory requirements, rated criteria and a financial analysis.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
