National Individual Standing Offer for the provision of aircraft refueling, de-fueling and ground handling services at various locations outside of Canada. Fuel supplied must be in accordance with one of the industry standards listed in the solicitation documents.
Refueling and ground handling service to be provided on an ?as and when requested? basis for an initial supply period of two years, from issuance of standing offer to January 31, 2022, with two optional supply period of one year to extend the standing offer.
