TRADE AGREEMENTS:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
REQUIREMENT:
To supply in new 205 Litre drums:
Aviation Turbine Fuel (Military Grade F-34) in accordance with
Standard CAN/CGSB-3.24-2012 (latest issue).
To be delivered duty paid (DDP) to 25 CFSD Montréal between
April 15, 2014 and May 1, 2014 for furtherance by Sealift to
Eureka, NU.
COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:
The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this
procurement:
1- Inuit of Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries
to* Eureka, Nunavut. The benefits that apply to this procurement
are contained in Article 24 of the NLCA.
*where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services
performed in.
