TRADE AGREEMENTS:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
REQUIREMENT:
To supply in new 205 Litre drums:
Aviation Turbine Fuel (Grade Jet A-1) with FSII in accordance
with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.23-2012 (latest issue).
To be delivered duty paid (DDP) to Inuvik Airport, Inuvik,
Northwest Territories approximately July 27, 2015.
COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:
The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this
procurement:
1- Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) and the Gwich'in
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement for deliveries to* Inuvik,
Northwest Territories.
*where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services
performed in.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
