National Master Standing Offers - Marine Fuels
Trade Agreements
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
Requirement
National Master Standing Offers for marine fuels in accordance
with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as specified at
Appendix "A". Delivery to various locations in Canada as
required during the period of date of June 1, 2013 and including
May 31, 2015.
Destinations
Any resulting Standing Offer may be used for destinations across
Canada, including Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Areas.
Quantity: various.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
