Nature of Requirements:
1. TITLE:
FUEL - DRUMMED & PALLETIZED
2. SECURITY:
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
3. REQUIREMENT:
For the supply of barrelled fuel for the Department of National
Defence, Joint Task Force North (JTFN), Yellowknife, NT for Op
NUNALIVUT 13. To be delivered 4 x barrels per forklift pallet,
strapped as per Appendix A.
380 barrels X 45 Gallon (205L) Drums of GASOLINE, (WINTER
GRADE).
90 barrels X 45 Gallon (205L) Drums of DIESEL (ARCTIC GRADE)
35 barrels X 45 Gallon (205L) Drums of NAPHTHA
Bids transmitted by facsimile to PWGSC will be accepted.
4. DELIVERY DATE:
Delivery is mandatory to be no later than 06 February 2013.
5. COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENT (CLCA):
This procurement is subject to the Inuit of Nunavut Land Claims
Agreement (NLCA), Article 24 Government Contracts.

Bidders are requested to submit a statement of Aboriginal
Opportunities Consideration in accordance with Annex "B".
6. EVALUATION AND SELECTION:
Mandatory technical evaluation criteria are included in Annex
"A" of the solicitation.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003, Offerers
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offerer. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate , Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
