This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
Requirement
National Master Standing Offers for aviation fuels (Into-Plane)
in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards,
as specified at Appendix "A". Delivery to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia
as required during the period of date of issuance of standing
offer up to and including May 31, 2014.
Quantity: 150,000 L.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
