This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement and the Agreement on Internal Trade (A
IT).
Requirement
National Master Standing Offers for marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as specified at Appendix "A". Delivery to various locations in Canada as required during the period of date of June 1, 2015 and including May 31, 2017.
