TRADE AGREEMENTS:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
REQUIREMENT:
To supply in new 205 Litre drums:
Wide-Cut Type Aviation Turbine Fuel, Jet B, in accordance with
Standard CAN/CGSB-3.22-2012 (latest issue) with Fuel System
Icing Inhibitor and Static Dissipator Additive
OR
Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) in accordance with Standard
CAN/CGSB-3.23-2012 (latest issue), containing Fuel System Icing
Inhibitor and Static Dissipator Additive;
To be delivered duty paid (DDP) to Port of Valleyfield, Quebec
or Hay River, Northwest Territories for furtherance by Sealift
to different locations in northern Canada during the 2013 Arctic
Sealift period.
COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:
The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this
procurement:
1- Inuit of Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries
to* Eureka, Pond Inlet, Iqaluit, Tanquary, Coral Harbour and
Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. The benefits that apply to this
procurement are contained in Article 24 of the NLCA.
2- Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) for deliveries to* Sachs
Harbor, Northwest
Territories. The benefits that apply to this procurement are
contained in Article 16.(8) of
the IFA.
*where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services
performed in.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
