Bulk Aviation Fuel (Jet A), Mobile Tanker Rental, Driver and
Refuelling Operator
REQUIREMENT:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to
issue Regional Individual Standing Offers for the provision of
Bulk Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A) to several National Parks in
Western Canada for helicopters used in fire management
operations.
The rental of one or more mobile fuel tankers containing
Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A) fuel are to be supplied as when
required during the Standing Offer Period which will be from the
date of Standing Offer issuance to March 31, 2013 with the
possiblity of a one-year extension option from April 1st, 2013
to March 31, 2014.
Fuel is to be in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB 3.23-2009
(latest issue).
A refuelling operator may also be required, and will be
called-up as and when required.
A tanker driver may also be required to move the mobile tanker
to various areas within the Parks. The driver will be called-up
as and when required.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
