DOCKING AND REFIT - CCGC CAPE LIGHT

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and for CCGC Cape Light in accordance
with specification No. 13-C145-009-1.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) in accordance with
Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy
(1996-12-19).

A bidders' conference will be held at 1:00 PM on 19 September
2013, in the offices of the Coast Guard Station in Clark's
Harbour, Nova Scotia. The vessel will be available for viewing
prior to the conference

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than 17 September 3013 to confirm attendance at viewing.

The Contractor must have an ISO 9000 or equivalent Quality
Program in place for this type of work.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.

This PWGSC office provides services in English.
Notwithstanding, documents may be submitted in either official
language of Canada.
