CCGS ALFRED NEEDLER DRYDOCKING

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and for CCGS Alfred Needler in
accordance with specification No. 12-A18-014-1.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

A bidders' conference will be held at 1:00 PM on 14 November
2012 while the vessel is tied up at the Canadian Coast Guard
Base in St John's, NL. The vessel will be available for
viewing prior to the conference. Bidders are to communicate with
the Contracting Authority prior to the conference to confirm
attendence.

To obtain copies of drawings, appendices and other documents not
included with the tender document, bidders are requested to
contact the Contracting Authority.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.

WORK PERIOD:

Commencement 17 December 2012;
Completion 25 January 2013.
