REFIT - CCGC BICKERTON

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and for CCGC Bickerton in accordance
with specification No. 12-B017-006-1.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.
