CCGS SIGMA REFIT

To provide labor, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and for CCGS Sigma T in accordance
with specification No. 13-S059-011-1.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and will be limited to
suppliers in Eastern Canada in accordance with Shipbuilding,
Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19).

The vessel will be available for viewing on July 26th at 10:00
hours. There are no additional viewing available before the
beginning of the refit work period.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.
