The Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for the supply and installation of a Fiberglass or Aluminum Van Body installed on a 2019 Ford Econoline F350 SD Commercial cutaway cab and chassis as detailed herein.
The Cutaway Cab and chassis will be supplied by AAFC.
The successful bidder is responsible for pickup and delivery of the 2019 Ford Econoline F350 SD Commercial cutaway cab and chassis from and return to AAFC’s location in Swift Current, Saskatchewan once the van body is installed.
The 2019 Ford Econoline F350 SD Commercial cutaway cab and chassis shall be picked up from the Swift Current Research and Development Centre in Saskatchewan. Following completion of all the requirements stated below the completed van shall be delivered FOB back to the Swift Current Research and Development Centre in Saskatchewan.
The van shall be delivered complete on or before; See 6.4 (Date to be inserted at contract award).
The offered van body must meet or exceed all of the mandatory criteria in the COMPLIANCE MATRIX - MINIMUM MANDATORY PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS.
Suppliers are to detail in the Mandatory Specifications table how their offered unit meets or exceeds the performance specifications.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
