The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has a need to engage Business Process Consultants to work collaboratively with the IRB to undertake the task of mapping the current and future state of case processing across four (4) Divisions (the RPD, RAD, ID and the IAD). Separate Business Process Consultants with an expertise in writing Standard Operating Procedures will be required once changes have been identified to support and manage the implementation of various improvement initiatives including ensuring the IRB’s operations structure is adapted as needed (e.g. operational policies and procedures).
