Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.
Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), for the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the purchase and delivery of snowmobile and all-terrain vehicle protection helmets of various sizes. These helmets must be DOT certified.
This requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.

Delivery Date: Delivery is requested by March 31, 2021. However bidders are invited to submit their best delivery date.
Delivery location: DND Garrison located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC. The exact delivery address is indicated in the solicitation document.
