Requirement:
To carry out the maintenance and alterations of the Canadian
Coast Guard (CCG) vessel "CCGS Martha L. Black " in accordance
with the provided Specifications.
Site Visit - Vessel:
The site visit will be held on August 15, 2013 at 10:00 onboard
the CCGS Martha L. Black, located at Fisheries & Oceans Canada,
at Queen's Wharf 101 Blvd. Champlain, Québec, QC.
Destination:
The work will be carried out afloat, dockside within the Port of
Quebec.

Sourcing Strategy:
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be
limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance
with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy
(1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex
1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).
