CCGS MATTHEW - Drydocking

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the drydocking on and for CCGS Matthew in accordance with
specification No. 12-M019-0121 Scheduled Drydocking (2012).

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) in accordance with
Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy
(1996-12-19).

A bidders' conference will be held at 1:00 PM, 20th August
2012 onboard the vessel at the OCEANEX MARINE TERMINAL,
Cornerbrook, NFLD. The vessel will be available for viewing
prior to the conference.

The Contractor must have an ISO 9000 or equivalent Quality
Program in place for this type of work.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.

This PWGSC office provides services in English.
Notwithstanding, documents may be submitted in either official
language of Canada.
