Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the provision of an average of 12, and up to a maximum of 40, reliability security-cleared, bilingual, call-centre temporary personnel on a shift-basis to the National Service Call Centre of PWGSC located at 4900 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario.
The resources will be required on an as-and-when requested basis for a period of one (1) year from date of Standing Offer Issuance with an option to extend for three (3) - one (1) year periods. It is anticipated that up to 3 standing offers will be issued as a result of this request for standing offers.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
This requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.
