Full description
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Dental Ceramic Services to all sites in the Ontario Region. Objectives: To ensure that offenders have access to essential dental laboratory services in keeping with the generally accepted practices and Professional Standards and Correctional Services Canada Commissioner’s Directive (CD800). Deliverables: The contractor must provide dental laboratory services as requested for the following:
Complete, repair and reline of full upper dentures, including teeth of Contractor’s choice and bite blocks.
Complete, repair and reline of full lower dentures, including teeth of Contractor’s choice and bite blocks.
Complete and repair of acrylic partial upper dentures (1-12 teeth), including teeth of Contractor’s choice and bite blocks.
Complete and repair of acrylic partial lower dentures (1-12) teeth, including teeth of Contractor’s choice and bite blocks.
Repairs could be minor or major.
Relines could be full upper or full lower.
