This amendment is raised to correct and modify the following:
At Point # 4 of the "Avis de projet de marché (APM), in French,
the first sentence should be read as follows:

qui ne sont pas titulaires d'un arrangement en matière
d'approvisionnement (AMA).
In the Request for Proposal (RFP) document, Part 3 - Bid
Preparation Instructions, Section III - Certifications should be
ignored by vendors who already hold a Supply Arrangement (SA)
since they have already provided certifications during the
qualification process of the SA. For bidders who are not
already SA holder, Section III - Certifications remains
applicable.

Given the above mentioned changes, the deadline for receipt of
tenders is postponed to Thursday, January 9, 2014.

Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)
1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA)
# E60PQ-120001/B and covers a requirement from the following
Sub-Categories of the SA: Rotary Office chairs, Side chairs and
Rotary Conference chairs.
2. Public Works and Government Services Canada has a
requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of 104
of Sub-Category Rotary Office chairs, 28 of Sub-Category Side
chairs and 54 of Sub-Category Rotary Conference chairs to
Gatineau, Québec during the week of March 17th, 2014. The
specific date will be confirmed following the contract award.
3. This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement
(WTO-AGP), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the
Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free
Trade Agreement.
4. The bid solicitation is open to suppliers who are not Supply
Arrangement (SA) holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on
this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA.
The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA #
E60PQ-120001/B and can be found on the Government Electronic
Tendering Service (GETS -
https://buyandsell.gc.ca/policy-and-guidelines/standa…
on-clauses-and-conditions-manual). Canada is not required to
delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation
of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply
Arrangement Authority.
