1. REQUIREMENT
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), requires the supply and installation of sixteen (16) standard production model controlled environment growth chambers capable of producing and maintaining optimum conditions suitable for plant growth and insect rearing at AAFC’s London Research and Development Centre located at 1391 Sandford Street, London, Ontario, Canada.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31.2018.

Mandatory evaluation criteria are included in the solicitation.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
