Manufacturing Data to clarify the placement of the elbow patch.

Amendment No. 002 is raised to extend the solicitation closing
date from February 4, 2014 to February 11, 2014 at 14:00 EST.

Requirement
This requirement is to provide the Department of National
Defence with Sweat Shirts, Fleece, Red, Canada Rangers. The
shoulder patches must be manufactured in accordance with the
Design Data List DDL 8476-144445 dated 13-06-21, specifications
at Annexes B, C, D, E, F, G and H and sealed patterns.

Delivery to the DND in Yellowknife (NT), St-Jean (QC), Borden
(ON), Edmonton (AB), Victoria (BC), Winnipeg (MB) and Gander
(NF).

Firm Quantity
A firm quantity of 5,000 units must be delivered complete by
March 31, 2014.

Option Quantities - Estimated
This requirement also includes one (1) option to purchase
additional estimated quantities of
2,500 pairs to 5,000 units.

The option 1 is exercisable within 24 months from contract award.

Technical Data
Technical Data shall be automatically issued, under separate
cover, upon request for the bid documentation. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request for bid documentation be done as
soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
Technical Data. Notwithstanding the above, the Crown shall not
be held responsible for untimely release of technical data,
since the Technical Data Package and sealed patterns shall be
available for viewing at the following Department of Publics
Works and Government Services Regional Offices:

Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
