Item Required: Hats, sun ,temperate weather
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a firm quantity of 6,700 hats of various sizes.
In addition, there is a requirement for two (2) options that could be exercised up to 36 months from contract award if exercised these options would be for 50% to 100% of the firm quantity
All quantities are to be delivered to Montreal, QC and Edmonton, AB.
This requirementis to be supplied in accordance with DND Specification for hat, sun, temperate weather, combat dated 7 November 2015 and sealed sample.
This requirement is subject to AIT but is exempt from NAFTA and WTO-AGP.
This requirement is limited to Canadian Goods.
The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
