REQUIREMENT:
The Department of Transport Canada has a requirement for the replacement of the motor and other associated parts of the 1990 John Deere 644E wheel loader (Serial No DW644ED530453) at the Churchill Airport.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.
All deliverables identified must be delivered on or before March 15, 2021.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
EVALUATION AND SELECTION: The responsive bid meeting all mandatory requirements with the lowest overall price will be recommended for contract award.Please refer to the Request for Proposal for the detailed technical requirements and the list of mandatory criteria.
