Parks Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a
Compact Tracked Loader complete with Construction/Industrial 72"
to 84" bucket and attachments, as per specifications included
herein to Parks Canada Compound, # 6 Raven Crescent, Fort Smith,
NT, on or before Febraruy 28, 2015.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
