THE DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENCE AS A REQUIREMENT FOR TWO (2)
TRACTORS, BACKHOE LOADERS WITH OPTIONS TO PURCHASE TWO (2) MORE.
QUANTITY
Item 001 - Qty. 1 - Tractor, Backhoe Loader. All in accordance
with Annex B - Purchase Derscription. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
CFB Trenton, Ontario.
Item 002 - Qty. 1 - Tractor, Backhoe Loader. All in accordance
with Annex B - Purchase Derscription. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
CFB Greenwood, Nova-Scotia.
The requirement also includes the option to purchase up to two
(2) additional Tractors, Backhoe Loaders and related equipment
over a period of twelve (12) months after contract award.
DEBRIEFING
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
DELIVERY
Delivery of items 001 and 002 is highly desirable on or before
March 31, 2015.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
