The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
nine (9) Loaders, Wheeled Skid Steer and Compact Tracked of
various configurations and ancillary items, including
familiarization instruction/training in accordance with Purchase
Description for Loaders, Wheeled Skid Steer and Compact Tracked,
dated 2015-07-21, to be delivered to Winnipeg, MB, Greenwood,
NS, Bagotville, QC, Comox, BC and Kingston, Ont, by January 31,
2016.
The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to nine
(9) additional vehicles and ancillary items (up to five (5) of
configuration WH-1, up to two (2) of configuration WH-2 and up
to two (2) TR-2) to be exercised within twelve (12) months from
the effective date of the contract
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from
receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
