This amendment is raised to extend the Request For Proposal
solicitation period to January 8, 2013 at 14h00 EST.
Requirement
The Department of Library Archives Canada has a requirement to
purchase three (3) Electric Motor Driven Narrow Aisle Oderpicker
truck and related items, including familiarization
instruction/training and one (1) Wire Guidance Floor System
installation in accordance with the Purchase Description
Electric Motor Driven Narrow Aisle Orderpicker Truck, dated
October 22, 2012, dated October 22, 2012, to be delivered at
Gatineau Qc.
Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on December 6, 2012 at 10h00 EST located at 555
boul. des Entreprises, Gatineau QC, J8R 2Z8. Steel toe boots and
safety helmet are mandatory to access the site and will not be
provided.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than two (2) day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form.
Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the
site visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative
will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will
be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to
the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

procurement.
