FORKLIFT
Amendment 001 is raised to provide a suppliers questions and the
technical authority answers.
Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to
purchase two (2) Forklifts and other related items in accordance
with Purchase Description for Turret Type, Operator-down,
Electric Motor Driven Forklift Trucks dated 17 May 2013.
An option is included to purchase up to two (2) additional
Forklifts and other related items to be exercised within twelve
(12) months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
