AMENDMENT 001
This amendment is raised to provide the Purchase Description to
potential bidders and to include the delivery date and
destination.
Insert: West Block Parliament Hill, 111 Wellington Street,
Ottawa, Ontario, K1A0S5 by February 15, 2013.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement to
purchase one (1) Forklift, and related items such as vehicle
manuals, data summary, photographs, preventive maintenance
replacement parts kit list, warranty letter(s) and including
familiarization instruction/training, in accordance with the
attached Purchase Description for TRUCK, LIFT, FORK, ELECTRIC
MOTOR DRIVEN dated 2009-12-08.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
